We always treat Biplav Maobadi in negative way. Sometime its not true, Biplav somehow speaks against the justice. Its been more than 100 days, Nirmala’s body is raped and murdered in Kanchanpur but in todays date, Government and Nepal Police is not able to catch the rapist. According to Biplav Maobadi, the rapist and murderer is inside from the any of the political party and government is trying to hide their crime.
